Our guarantee only applies to our web development offerings, and not our print design services. The guarantee is included in our website development agreement.

In a nutshell it says that if you aren't happy with the initial design comps, and you don't want us to make further design revisions, you can get your deposit returned. You may request your deposit back at any time during the design process, but before coding begins. Once coding begins the guarantee is no longer in effect.

The Guarantee: The client will not be responsible for any further payments if they wish to terminate the agreement during the design phase, but before the coding phase begins. The clients deposit will be returned, less any travel expenses or photography/videography fees incurred up to the point of termination of this agreement.

The client is responsible for terminating the agreement during the design phase. Once the website coding begins the guarantee will no longer be valid.
